Returns
*Can I return my order?*
Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you've ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving them, provided the following conditions are met:
1. The order includes all original parts and components, and the packaging is returned in the same condition as the product.
2. The product shows signs of normal handling, and any damage caused by improper handling is excluded.
3. For hygiene-related items, they must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
4. The product was found to be defective upon receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged without fault on our part.*
**How do I return my order?**
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Send an email to: info@studiocalvera.com
- Ensure the email includes:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- A photo of the product in case of damage
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's address
We will then contact you with the correct return address.
*Do not send the return to the original sender's address.* The correct address will be provided upon request. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note that we do not have a fysical adress in Canada, packages must be returned to our central warehouse.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes outside of business or professional activity), the following withdrawal rights apply:
A. CANCELLATION TERMS
**Right of Cancellation**
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party you’ve designated (excluding the carrier), receives the goods.
Since our system is fully automated, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. We cannot interrupt the shipping process once the order is in transit, so refunds are only possible after receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us (Studio Calvera) of your decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is only complete once we have received the goods. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
**Record of Items in Transit**
As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer shipping times, which are out of our control. If your goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the products and then proceed with the return. You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance.
For faster returns, please send us proof of shipment.
**Consequences of Withdrawal**
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs for any delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; you will not incur any fees for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
